Returning policy |
| If you changed your mind, please send it back to us within 7 days after you received it. Please do not open package, if you want to refund. The shipping charge will be your account. In this case, any DVD video, movie, CD-ROM and other softwares are not accepted to return. Damage and Unable to play back Once you opened it and ..... If our product has been physically damaged and could not play on your DVD player, we will pay a shipping cost of regular first class mail for returning product. We will ship out the same item to you with our shipping expense. Once you opened it, no refund, but replace can be done.
